Hi and thanks for checking this one out - I found this cob metal detecting.. It's just about 1" inch. I am not sure if the cross side of a cob has the date. On the cross side it looks like a double dating perhaps. It's difficult to see.. The spacing of what looks like 1 6 4 4 and then it looks like 1 6 84 4 - I may be mistaken though that this is even a date.. On the other side I see a #2 and other #s here and there... I am looking to get a picture of this cob in better condition as to compare - Is it the tic tac toe kind or pillars and waves - also if I can obtain a date and reale value that would be great. Thank you in advanced - I am new to this .
