My favorite coin of all time is only my favorite for sentimental reasons. Around 7 or 8 years ago I found a gold clad Maryland quarter in circulation. The coin started my whole interest in coin collecting and now I just wish I could find because a while back I lost track of it. Hopefully I'll find it again. It's probably with the rest of my collection in the pack-out we never looked through.

My fav coin is prob my 1982 penny that's missing the v.d.b. it has no value but came across it in some change and thought it was interesting and another reason I like it is that's my birth year too

favorite from my MISC section of my coin collection is this 1837 Belgium 5 centimes MS-64 RB. I have waited so long to get 1 of these in MS. This is the true king/trophy coin of my whole collection. I am blown away at the detail of this majestic lion.

Spirityoda, I can also see it. Beauty. Brass? Looks like the same metal alloy used in the SA union penny.

Agree, I took a flat screw driver to mine. Freaked my wife out. The beauty of the coin is beyond plastic.
