$9 in silver from $11 in a teller tray purchase. Pretty good, huh? Best part is that my girlfriend got them for me.

    Silver #42 since April.

Took the rejects from $250 in dimes(skunks) and $100 in nickels(usual handful of pre-1960s and nothing great) back to the credit union, cashed out and asked if they had anything interesting - one of the tellers on the far end chimed in that she had two half dollars I could buy - and "they have a nice ring to them when I handle them" which piqued my interest - sure enough - a 1967 and a 1968-D. Gosh I don't even search half rolls and have turned up three in a few days.

Not CRH but I have been metal detecting for the last week since I got my new Ace 250. Is there a forum to post Metal Detecting finds here on CT?

Over the last week, I have found $8.61 in 98 coins. (I'm keeping track so I will know when I have found enough to break even on my metal detector).
And today I found a 2000 Sac Dollar and a Jam $20 coin.
