Defective die or damaged coin?

I found this coin while sorting through some wheats that I found lying around the house. There are a couple of areas on the obverse that obviously aren't "normal." I'm looking for opinions as to whether these were caused by a defective die or if the coin has been damaged somewhere along the way.

Looks like a few lamination errors. These occur due to impurities in the alloy of the planchet. :thumb:

In that case, my next question is, will it command a premium, and if so, what are some estimates on that?

If you put it on ebay you might get 7 bucks out of it...
