A way doubled die

 

you wish... learn about doubled dies and you will probably revise that opinion

 

p.s. a doubled die is an end result at the mint (hence it's ability to strike every planchet it encounters in the strike area with the same resulting "doubled die"). I'd like you to tell me how a doubled die that would create what you are seeing would occur.
