Yes...they are backwards.
I see that, i am trying to fix that problem with this darn microscope
Pics are kinda hazy and backward but it doesn't look like anything abnormal.
And one is upside down and backwards... I've never seen this error before. :smile
Every twenty years they strike some coins with a working hub. I thought this was common knowledge.
Wouldn't a working hub produce INCUSE coins?

every single cent from the Philidelphia mint had an upside down date in 1961......
