    I'm amateur collector, but let me explain to the expert what is this ;) :
    it's a lamination problem with the planchet I think...
    I posted a lot of thread on a differents errors but it's not easy to get the answer, I thought in this forums there is a lot of numismatists or experts on the coins :(
