1999 wide AM?

    Hi this is me again, i know i ask a lot of questions sorry for that i'm new collector and i need your help ..... and thank you for everybody who try to help me :smile.
    My question is : is this a wide AM ?:(

    I think it is just a circulated coin. The M should be centered between the A and E on the WAM...it does not appear to be so in the pics provided.
