MS-63. That's a nasty hit on IKE's forehead and the scrapes along the jaw line would be fairly obvious in hand.
That was the number that was in my head. Ike does have some forehead stitches there. Paid $2.75 for it.

If that coin came back MS-64 I would call it overgraded. Possible, Yes... but it shouldn't be higher than a 63 (63+).
