You say both are graded MS63 but ask which one has prooflike "details"? Both appear to have prooflike qualities, but if you're saying one has "PL" on the label and the other doesn't, I'd guess the first, PCGS-graded one does and the other does not.
i think the 2nd one (in the white slab) is just extremely slightly better than the first, when i say extremely, i mean EXTREMELY, it took a lot of looking to determine
From the picture the NGC coin looks PL to me. I would also have thought the NGC one was a 64, and not a 63--it is slightly cleaner.
I don't know about the PCGS one, Angelo. There are a lot of bag marks in the fields on the obverse, right by Lady Liberty's face--it is pretty chattery. The fields on the NGC coin are cleaner--I'd go for 64 PL on the NGC and a 63 on the PCGS, with nice luster and some mirrors on the PCGS one. Mirrors appear deeper on the NGC coin, which leads me to believe that one is PL, although both have a good solid cameo appearance. Remember, that date is usually well struck and is very toughly graded.
@Tel A Trades auctions that end today Ngc was at 120.00 + Pcgs was at 60.00 when posted I am not bidding on them maybe u can?? */*«©»
