I'm looking to buy a non-graded 1995-W Gold/Silver Eagle proof 10th Anniversary set and I seen all different prices, EBay, Online coins shops and coins news papers. What should I pay for this set? Please give me your idea of the price range.

    Thanks Monroe

    Monroe:
A small body part would be less expensive.
Current Trends (Feb 2007, Coin World) say $6,000 sa, anything below that is acceptable, preferably very much below that.
Anyone have this month's greysheet bid/ask on the piece?

Thanks for the reply. I got the Greysheet online and I don't see this set listed nor do I see ASE listed. I guest I'm blind.

    MONROE,

Frank is right on the price as for me I can think of a lot of coins I can buy with that king of money. If you won't one, I think they will go down in price when silver and gold go down after the first of the year.

    For $6000 I'd rather have a G-4 (full rims) 1901 S Barber Quarter!
    Now, that's a coin!

Thanks everyone for your reply. I have a compelet set of ASEs NCG69 DCAM and I was thinking that the 1995 W ASE would ready help out this set. So I will kep watching for a GOOD price.

Did you make a typo in giving the grading company initials as "NCG" (I hope), or were your coins slabbed by an unknown grading company?
