1987-d rpm?!

    I've heard of the 1987-d with a horizontal D in between the 1 and 9.. But I can't tell if this is a RPM or a blister? Thoughts?

    I haven't heard of a horizontal D for 1987. This one looks like a plating blister that deflated.
