still well within tolerance. once it gets into black print above then you might have something. where as in older notes from the 30's it was quite common for the serials to be all over :thumb:
Reread the above statement, more specifically the words "within tolerance". That means that the position is not considered to really be out of the norm.
The 4th bill shows the same minor shift. Its common. The shift must be more dramatic for it to be an error.
