Fine DETAILS (probably a Net 'Good' in terms of value). It has been cleaned. I would guess $100 but check eBay for going prices for Details coins in this year/mint mark. Thanks for posting.
Thank you. Did not find any micro scratch polishing marks. Is there a difference between washing and cleaning. I am an amateur and I need to know. THANKS AGAIN!
The term cleaning usually is reserved for chemically treated to make it look shiny or hide defects etc. Washing with deionized water is generally okay as long as you do not use any kind of brush that will leave marks. Generally, I tell people never ever clean/wash any coins because collectors shy away from those coins. Morgans are notorious for being cleaned, but collectors generally do not want them unless they are super rare, which yours is not really. Its a semi-key date, definitely worth holding onto.
I'm conservative, lightly cleaned, F 12-15, light strikes are well known in 1878 so a light strike in '79 may push me to VF 20
