I see no doubling. You may be seeing master die doubling, which was present on 60% of all 1972 minted cents, and isn't considered collectable.
Dr. James Wiles has just released a book on modern DoubleDDies. Perhaps this link to it will be of use to you.. I think it would be money well invested http://www.varietyvista.com/
Jim Nah, easier to use a lot of !!!!'s. Than to actually read. Buy the book. Buy the book. Buy the book. Buy the book. Buy the book. Buy the book. Buy the book. Buy the book. Buy the book. Buy the book. Buy the book. Buy the book. Buy the book. Buy the book. Buy the book. Buy the book. etc.
I do not recognize it as a variety. Just as a note from someone who has researched a lot on vision and the brain. Most of the brains ability to distinguish structures such as writing, maps, faces, and assuredly coins depends on the orientation. If a person tries to recognize familiar things ( such as a street map) or pick up points for error coins, You have the best chance if they are oriented correctly. Sideways, 2 o'clock, upside down, etc. does not allow for easy recognition. PLEASE post photos in an upright position for best responses.
Geeze, now you tell him! I just tilted my desktop computer on its side to view this thing and I think I broke something! Please, everybody, learn from me, don't ever tilt desktop computers on their side!

Most programs allow you to rotate it in 90 degree increments, is there a commonly available graphics program that allows rotation in single degrees or ever fractional degrees?
Thanks. My puter blocked that site, didn't like their scripts. But I will force into that place later.
