Can't really make out much on the reverse but the obv appears to be the one used on S-47, 48, 49, and NC-9. Probably not S-49 as it usually has a heavy crack down through the R in LIBERTY. The reverse appears to be rotated and I think I can make out TED and the leaf below D. From what I see there I would say it is S-47.
