Kinda disappointed in a few of em. But here they are for your viewing pleasure! (I can't post the Eisenhower grade yet due to using it as a 'Guess the Grade' on my Facebook )
Nice grade on that Superbird. I know it's not CAM or super high grade, but I just have a 'thing' for them, and anything over 65, blast white, I just love 'em. But, there are proving to be a lot. Did you check it for the Hand Engraved Tail Feathers, FS-902, on that 'Bird? (FS-902 on the '52, on the '53, it's the FS-901, Re-engraved Tail Feathers) Yes, the grades might seem disappointing, but, hey, learn from them. Nice grouping, and some nice periphery toning on the '51 Frankie, and lovely toning on the Roosie (which images are more 'true' to the color of the coins?)!
Thank you! I definitely learned a lot. Mainly just disappointed in the 1951 Dime. I thought for sure it was Cameo. Guess not. And the Ike. I thought it would of gone higher. It has blazing luster. You could signal a plane with that thing and is seriously the best blue pack Ike I have ever seen. I did indeed check for Re-Engraved Tail Feathers. No such luck. I was hoping to get a 67 with that 'Bird. Ahh well... The images are about 99.9% spot on with the color. I didn't "juice" the images or anything. Just point and shoot.
Here is the Ike's grade. I was disappointed in this. I posted it earlier in a thread and seriously thought it was a much higher grade. It had the best luster I have ever seen.
WOW, I think you got jipped on the Ike. Granted, I'm not an expert, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn last night and that Ike is better than a 66.
