A $1 note with a 0000xxxx or a $1 star note with a 0000xxxx ? You have a better chance, I would think, to find the star note with that low of a serial number than you would a regular note... so you would think a regular note with such a low serial number would be worth more... But star notes are produced in lower quantities... making them rare... or are they of equal value?
