    The first one: Syria. 10 piastres 1956, copper-nickel, mintage - 4000000 pcs. A coins of this tepe were minted at 1948 and 1956.

    Thanks! With the blackish toning, I thought for sure I had silver! Better luck next time I guess.

    The second one: Saudi Arabia. 1 ghirsh 1344 (1926). But it is a countermarked coin. At 1946 many of an old coins were countermarked: the date "65" (1365 (1946)) on the obverse. The grade of your coin is rather bad and the date "65" was damaged. But I can see the Arabic cypher "O" ("5") on the obverse.
