MS-63 or MS-65?

    Please tell me, my friends: is it MS-63 or MS-65? Or maybe this coin has another grade?

    This is a tough one. The O looks funny to me. Thus, I'm going to fold.

    I'd probably say 64. Too many frost breaks for 65 IMO, but too few hits for 63.

    64. Nice, clean coin, but not clean enough on the obverse to be a 65.

    MS63 sounds right. Friction at the high points hinders a higher grade.

    Also, what's that white stuff at "DOLLAR"? Sort of looks like glue residue...

    Pretty sure that's where something on the coin was removed.
