I need some help with this nickel please

This was found at work by a friend. Was wondering if this was pmd or not. Brought it to a local coin shop and the guy said it was legit, but it is nice to get a second opinion on things. also if legit i would like to know so i can compensate my co worker who found it. Thanks for looking

My computer is not working well, if a better pic is needed I will take a pic with my canon t3, since this one is taken on my phone and quality might not be greatest.

 

cent on nickel is impossible. this coin was created by squeezing a nickel between two cents. post mint damage only.

 

Someone must have used a vice grip maybe?
