This coin is of course the key to the currency “Sower” series of Francs, but I couldn’t decide if it is a mint state coin or higher AU. The obverse with Marianne as sower is generally the key (moreso than the reverse with its wreath) to grading as there is the length of her flank, hip, and leg to attract scuffs and marks. this coin has very nice cartwheel lustre and perhaps presents better in hand.
I took three slightly varied obverse photos if that helps, and one of the reverse:

Super bad resolution and the coin really looks poorly....

Here is the hip area of an MS65+ coin:

As can perhaps be seen this is a weakly struck area.

I would lean MS from those images. I don't see any breaks in the luster that indicate rub.

I am lousy at grading this series. Any time that I have thought I had a MS coin NGC has disagreed. I think it is because the fields are so busy. Yes, I think yours is MS but I don’t have a good track record.

    I'd put it low MS....maybe 62

Yes, that was rather my thought. I don't know why the fields look like they have so many marks and will see if I can get a better picture - or maybe my eyes are no good...LOL

    That’s a good looking coin.
I’m adding to my wish list…no particular year, just the best looking one I can find.

I think thqt the highest part of the design is the sower's seed bag and it shows some wear or a weak strike.

Hmm, good thought there however it matches up well there too:

the third image is from the MS65+ coin with possibly even less bag definition (and dipped to kingdom come)

Not much brilliance to the Luster. 58 looks right.

Yes, certainly not bright but no real wear and undipped - actual good cartwheel lustre underneath. I am inclined to go with a 62 or 3. Maybe another picture will help?
Below I will post a super blowup of the head, neck and shoulder that remarkable detail in a blowup of a very small area....
