    Well it might be a star cent like a star note. Lol. I don't know other than a coincident that a die chip appears to be a star

    Ha! Yeah, it's a replacement penny, I guess. Kind of unique, just wish it was in better condition, cause they may need to make another replacement for it....with 2 stars this time, lol. :)
