guess the Jefferson grade

what would you folks grade this Jefferson? I will reveal tomorrow what it graded from NGC. I am really looking forward to all of the opinions!

MS64 not full steps.

 

I'd go 64 too, and while I don't think it's full steps, I'll say they gave it the designation.

 

My first ever grade. VF-20 at most, and that seems kind. Do I win?

 

I will expound on the grade I gave it. Although the images aren't the best, I can see it has some luster impairment and obvious circulation hits. This will make it AU.
The closeup image of the steps is clear enough to see it wouldn't be 6FS. I think it is either 5 or 5.5FS.

I am not sure what the person who submitted was thinking though. It would have to be a MS66 FS to barely make it worth the submission. Which clearly it is far from a 66.
