1825 Bust Half - error on reverse 50 C?

    Folks, please let me know what you think of this one...clearly looks cleaned, but the reverse is what made me pick it up...

    Thoughts?

    Looks like a O-111 reverse to me... but I'm far from an expert. The 50 C definitely looks re-cut.
