    I just went to the wharf in Washington DC. Had some Jumbo Carolina Steamed Shrimp, could only eat 5 of them. Also chomped down on Chesapeake Bay Hard Shell Blue Crab, size were Mediums had 8 fat ones..

    I have given up red meat in the past 1/1-2 year and feeling much better and dropped 30 solid Lb's.

    Happy Holiday to all and all that have gave and given their lives. Bless them.
