the 2x2 says mint error its a 1999 Delaware quarter obverse has a slight golden or copper color luster
it was givin to me by my wifes uncle along with 3 boxes of coin magazines and numismatic news a bunch of 2009 unce cabin pennies some old pewter copy coin ect the 2x2 says the name of the quarter and mint error on it
I potentially see a minor misaligned obverse die, but it is only a $2 coin. Better pics would be useful.
The gold color is just toning. I see it ALL THE TIME on BU state quarters that come through the store in change.
