Ok so I have a few questions. First of all I've searched online for a local dealer to have submit coins to one of these companies and cannot find one. What's my next option beside joining PCGS?

Other question would be is it worth having XF-AU key and semi key date Wheat cents graded?

I enjoy having them in my album, but I have seen various people break them out of slabs and put the label on the back page.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

When you plan to sell, have the 14-D and the 09-S VDB graded. They will bring more if folks know they are real. To me the rest are not worth the fees.

The 09 S no VDB in XF AU should be included, there are a couple more coming up at the grade level to warrant grading. They will bring half as much more, its nuts. If you plan on selling IMO I think its worth it. Oh its not that I don't trust them but always shoot some good pics of your coin your sending them in.

This is what I just did and you can go several routes. I joined the ANA which allows you the option of submitting to NGC without paying for an NGC subscription. Actually by doing it this way you get basic membership at both sites, ANA and NGC, and you can submit on your own. I had my dealer submit to NGC for me last year and it cost over $250. Did it this way and it was $30 for the membership and then $117 for a 5 coin submittal.

You can also buy the subscription that gives you 5 free which is pretty close to what the membership fee costs anyway so really it's just your choice. I was cheap and decided to save a few bucks.

Ok thank you all for the responses. This is pretty much what I've always heard but wanted to check with you all.

I really don't want to fork out the money right now. I think I'll take the advice that it is best to wait until one sales to have them graded. Again thank you all.
