Can you be more specific in what area you see doubling? Pictures are too far to see any doubling. Keep up the hunt!
the main places that there seems to be doubling are the nose and chin area and on the 5 in the date and on the E in LIBERTY.
With locations as random as that, it is most likely not a DDO. You need consistency in your doubled dies...it usually isn't confined to just 1 letter in a word. Keep up the hunt!
