I ordered a $5 copy of the grey sheet as I am going to a coin show tomorrow. I did not register as a member at the time of check out. I assumed they would email me a copy because it said it would be available to view a pdf copy. I didn't receive an email with my copy so I signed up but still don't have access to view it. Checked with the bank and the $5 is taken out. This was over an hour ago. What is the normal procedure when you order one?
Too late now perhaps but after you make your payment the site allows you to download it. They won't email it.
Thanks for the reply. I wasn't given the option to download it after purchase. I had to re purchase once I signed up and then I had the option.
Give them a call tomorrow and explain that to them. I am sure they will give you a refund for your initial purchase or a credit to use later.
