your opionions please. its in a NGC slab thats at least from 1993.

I was going to say MS64.

I don't know, NGC is not a big fan of toning. I sent they a beautiful toned Morgan that should have been a lock 64, and they hit it with a 62.
So, my guess is 62.

I would personally say MS64. I will post a full pic after a get a few more people to look at it.

I'll say 64, unless that is rub on the reverse, which I suspect it isn't.

 

Looks like a 63 to me.
