Looks damaged. Not seeing the Blakesley effect that would usually be present on a clipped planchet. Spend it. Keep up the hunt!
When a coin has a clipped planchet, the side opposite the clip would show weakness. For instance, if the clip was at 12, the Blakesley effect would be apparent at the 6. But that isn't the case for your coin. Hope this helps!
It can't be a clip ( error) as the rim is still there although bent to the inside. Appears someone may have hit it with something ( PMD)
