Thank you I am Speechless! Everyone Who Post a Remark! Thank You!!!! I am sure Bart would say Thank you too!!!
Great coin! I've had pet turtles all of my life. They eat the lawn, don't make a mess and are quiet. Guy
You can always ask your love interest if he/she is a turtle ('Are you a Turtle?') and when he/she answers you will know if they are. (only one correct answer). Of course, there is no guarantee that will make that person not interested in controlling a remote control.
Jello, I'm so sorry to hear about the passing of your pet turtle, Bart. But it is great to see the kindness and consideration by whomever sent this coin to you. Very cool.
If your talking about my address ??? I have post it since I joined. But thanks for thinking of my safety!!!!
Very sorry to hear of your loss. Whoever sent the coin did something nice and you have also done something very nice by telling the world and appreciating the gesture
Sorry to hear about your turtle Jello! Losing a pet is a terrible experience. Not just 'pets' or even 'family' the most appropriate way to describe them is 'children' to any true pet owner. Losing a child that you fed, bathed, nursed through sickness and injury, perhaps even birthed, rescued, or adopted, is truly a heartbreak. But would any of us give up the memories of times we shared in order to forget or avoid the pain of their loss? I think you would agree when I say 'not on your life' Hang in there Jello, and thanks for sharing.
My sympathies to you Jello. He looked like a good guy from his pic. I know firsthand what nice pets turtles can be, how much they respond to contact and pay attention to their people. My Wife has had a turtle for 35 years, his name is Tiny, and he watches us, very alertly, from his terrarium. I have really grown to care a lot about him, when he was seemingly ill once we were very concerned, he went right to the vet. Anyway, I feel for ya, sorry for your loss. Nice coin too (full shell :smile).
Here was my last hatch from a few years ago, Angelo: Unfortunately, with desert tortoises they can't survive in indoor captivity, so after they're about a year old they go back to my parent's and live in their back yard. I have no idea how many are there now. These are about a year old in the pic and the size of a half dollar. Guy
Bart came to me from a area that a New Mall was being built. I can not say. I saved him but he never in a cage. He had full room.
Jello - So sorry to hear about Bart He had a good life with you and you did a great job caring for him.
I didn't know you lost your buddy. I am sorry I hope something comes along to make things better for you. TY G
