Kennedy Half Errors

I searched a box of halves this week and found the following:

1972 D Missing FG:

Also found two Bicentennial coins that look off center struck, any thoughts?:

can't really see on the bicentennials. the way it was it explained to me is if one side is off center, and the other side is not then it is a misaligned die. both sides need to have it to be considered off center. someone can correct if need be

 

Will you convert your pics to .jpg? The .bmp format takes forever to load. Thanks.

Kennedy half really get banged up @ mint then in rolling machine etc .

 

Doesn't appear to be a No FG coin but more of a grease filled die.
The 1972-D is NOT a grease filled die but a die where the
FG has been abraded away. They are quite scarce and can be qquite expensive.

Grease filled dies, on the other hand, are a dime a dozen.
