Seller photos so I'll repost once I get the coin in hand and snap some pics of my own. Scored for $33 shipped 1922 Peace Vam-12A 'Moustache'. Also to make it more interesting the coin appears to have been struck through grease and has basically dropped most of the last 2 in the date as well most the S and T in TRVST. Think I did ok with this one , can't wait to get it in hand.
Friday my father and I got paid $40 each to move some couches and a boat to his new house. While I was in the area, I decided to visit a coin shop right around the corner. I fell in love with this and walked out the door with it... After paying of course!
1878 8 tail feathers Morgan dollar, VAM-21 (note the die crack that completely encircles the reverse).

yeah there's something wrong with it. I think you should send me the coins so I can see them . Beauties Greg.
Send that sucker my way. That's a nice Frankie! Here's my newest coin in hand. I like the Arrows and Rays. Got a matching quarter on its way also.
1830 Capped Bust Half (NGC VF35). No idea if PCGS will cross this, but the price was low enough for me at $325 to roll the dice. I liked the electric-blue elevation-chromatics in Miss Liberty's hair (that almost creates a bit of a neon glow) and the smooth colorful rim toning. It wouldn't surprise me if this had an old light cleaning and then acquired color through secondary album toning. That being said, I think I can see a bit of original mint luster hiding in the recessed (protected) areas around the obverse rim (note esp. the area around 9 o'clock, and also 3 o'clock), which is pretty amazing for a VF35 coin. I think it's possible that this is under-graded a bit ... perhaps XF40, maybe even XF45?
You're right about that. I have a feeling it will cross over to PCGS, but if you ever plan on sending it, CAC will never give it a bean due to the past cleaning. I do like the coin though, nice pickup.
