Anyone know what the Chinese or Japanese symbol means?

    Greetings all,

    I have not posted in awhile and I had a question. The attachments I have included are my coin haul from today's visit to the coin shop. Some amazing Brightly Uncirculated Mexican coins came in that I had to have and a couple of toned ASE's and a VERY unique Chinese or Japanese symbol. My question is if anyone knows its definition? Someone told me that it means, "Have a Happy Life". I just wanted to get some of you guy's expert opinions. Thank you in advance and as always enjoy what remains of your day.

    950 is the silver content and cmon its a map of tokyo.see go over the bridge up the main highway...
