Also Completed This Folder

I bought 3 coins to fill it rather than go through thousands of coins to see if I had them. Cost was about $10.00 total as most of them were circulation finds from so many years ago I don’t want to think about it. Lol
I have folder just like or very close to this one. Not sure if I filled it on not. I am working on it and I let you know.

Filling a folder always gives a sense of accomplishment, doesn't it? Well done!

 

Yes, I don’t mind the empty slots but then you hit a point that they drive you nuts because you can’t find the coins to fill a single hole.

 

That folder is an oldie. No printed dates after 1961.

 

I know. Kind of nice in a way.

 

I had one where I wrote in D mints for 1965-67. Still have the folder somewhere.

 

But they didn’t make D mint cents those years. Lol

 

Yes I know. Dealers in my area and collectors didn't find out
till half way thru 1965. I had already labeled holes for those
early 1965. Planning ahead with 1966 and 67.

 

I've seen at least a couple of Whitman folders that had slots pre-printed for 1965-D.

 

I think that would be nice to have but those hokes would drive me insane every time I looked at them.
