    Either a die break or lamination error. Pictures are too blurry to tell. You've got to understand the importance of explaining what you see.

    Nominal in the present condition. If someone REALLY wanted it, you might get a dollar out of it.

    Actually, I think that might be "if two people really wanted it".

    Personally, I don;t think the coin is worth more than the copper its made of since most of these minor imoerfections are just that. Minor but common imperfections.
