Thanks, just thought maybe because they were so similiar and found in two completely different searches.
I havew found a few like this too. If you indulge me for a second, I'll offer an opinion. I think we will start to see few more cents damaged like this . I believe that folks who are not used to figuring out whether a cent is a copper one or a plated one will do a few experiments with cutters to determine what date range they should keep. I am thinking that it is because the price of copper has gone. Some folks are actually hoarding cents minted prior to 1982. Bill
