I was coin roll hunting this morning and came across a MD State quarter that looks different than all of the rest. The first thing that stood out was that it doesnt have the copper color on the side of the coin. It is also slightly darker than the others. It may be an optical illusion but it also seems to me sharper and more detailed than the others. It is a "P" proof, just curious of what it might be or what may have been done to it. Thanks for any help you can provide!

Didn't they mint silver proof coins for that year? Because stacked like that It could be silver. Just a guess.
