for me this is a big score. what do you think 93 s 94 s 70 d 95 s 97 s 76 s and others. 20 in all including an a 98 s in a seperated thread for a seperate reason
ty very much. i just went through them and found 30 S copper clad that look uncirculated. can't wait to look for errors when i get home from work.
GOOD HAUL!! :hail: I have had a couple of those during my roll huntings adventures. My story is, as someone suggested, in the roll hunting thread. LOVE THAT FEELIN ....was there silver?, that would be like a cherry on top of your sundae
Oh my did I not mention in my excitement?? These are ALL silver coins. I had over 30 copper clad s mints as well and a few 82 83 p and d's. A handful of circ bicentennials and 3 copper clad after 2000? Not made for circ.
Indeed there is. But I didn't. Want to talk about one or two coins. I wanted to share my first nice find with EVERYONE. Not everyone that roll searches. There are a lot of people that I am sure can afford their own hobby without having to roll search, therefore probably never read those threads that would have missed out on this with you
i did. thats why i waited to respond so i could think of a polite response. technically being we are discussing my find, i think it fit under coin "chat" just fine
all in all 18 silver proofs 34 copper clad proofs and 62 copper clad P&D's that could probably get better than an AU grade ranging from 71-07 including the 87 P&D not made for circ
i am wondering if someone stole a collection. they were all hand wrapped. alot of 4 pc sets almost. for example 2000 01 02 03 p d s (copper) and s silver
That seems more likely as a presumed owner of all those silver proofs should know they could easily exchange them at a cash for gold place for more than face value ... or it could be a relative who inherited it with no knowledge of the coins and spent them ... either way you got some nice coins there, especially the 95-s silver (i think that's rarest one?) edit: rarest of the 90s silver kennedys that is
