this thread will be where i post what i think is good from this lot Backstory I listed a 1967 40% kennedy and got 6100 credits for it. a couple days later i seen a auction for a large unseached lot of foreign coins. I offered the lady a gin (get it now) for 6000 she put the gin at 10,000. i told her i could not do that because all i had was 6100 at the time. so she lowered the gin for me I recieved them today. there were 3 v nickles 1 1944d merc that i dont have yet. and to my surprise a coin that looked formilar that i thaught was cuban intill i seen united states on it its a silver three cent piece 1851. plus 90+ foreign coins. so pretty much i traded one kennedy for all of this a wonderful deal.
what site is this that operates with credits? take your time with the images I'm just dismayed over having to be at work at auction end. a lot of (18) 5 cent silvers (Canada) went for the next increment higher and the way the auction is formatted it has been my experience that raising your max bid while you are still bid leader can result in bypassing incremental bids and instead functions as a 'jump' bid going directly to your max and forsaking the increments. Grrrr! Oh well, I got some paper notes (in your other thread) and an 1857 Bank of upper Canada penny token. I'll be done fuming shortly
