The unsearched morgan roll is back on ebay with bids this time!!

Here it is, the mysterious never searched roll of Morgan dollars. Don't know how they can tell what all dates are in there unless they looked.

That's easy, they hired a fellow who knows nothing about coins and asked him to write down all the dates!

 

How many are 1921's? I'd say the over/under would have to be 13.

 

Read his negs and neutrals. All say the same thing. "Good coins visible and the rest junk."

All hogwash. For one thing, Morgans didn't come to banks rolled, but in bags, then into tills. They've been opened because there isn't even a bank mark on the roll, just the name of the paper roll maker, so they were rolled by an individual, which means they were gone through. But, some idiot will pay way too much for it, I'm sure.

 

...and then refused to look at the list !

 

Wish I had the money to just throw away like the winner of this auction is going to.

 

In the description it says he does not like to play any games.....
