Got some old coins need some help from people who know what they're talking about. All input is appreciated. I know these probably aren't some fantastic "make me rich" coins, but I'm hard up for cash so I'd like to know max potential value..... thank you...posting pics
At least two of the US dimes look silver, which is always good. At a glance, none of the world coins looks valuable; most appear from WW2 or earlier, but there are a lot of coins like that that have little to no value and which dealers usually buy by the pound. The US coins appear to be low grade or damaged. There is one piece that appears to be a modern replica of (probably) an ancient Judaean coin. Unless I'm missing something (which is very possible), I see less than $10 value.
I have been trying to figure out what that coin was thank you so much for your feedback. So if I have people offering me 50-100$ for these I should jump on that?
I also seen somewhere that rainbow tinted coins sell for more.. Is this true, just all depending on the buyer I suppose? I have a few like this. My 1943 S Dime is like this, it just doesnt show up on that crappy camera.
That's true on some coins. on a circulated roosevelt dime not to much. I agree with the less then $10 in value.
I would tend to agree on taking the $100 or so. I would do an internet search on the older European ones just to see if anything pops up to tell you they are worth more. Otherwise go ahead and sell.
