is this a 1876 incomplete d canadian 1 cent

Yes, it's an incomplete D. Grade is F-12/15 cleaned.

 

What are signs of cleaning on this. If its cleaned they did a crap job all of the crevices have crude or dirt that can only be seen with my 60x

 

Is there a way to safely clran this without rubbing it like just letting it sit in something

 

The coin looks good as is i wouldnt clean it.
I cant say its been cleaned but id leave it as is. It looks to be a good circulated coin as with its age it should have a few war marks from too much hardware in ones pocket.
