Not Liking this Off-metal Error...What Do You Think?

    Rotation normal; weight normal; composition normal.

    Unnatural bright luster in the fields; crushed rims; much flatter than normal.

    I'm thinking this was struck with fake dies...

    based on the top rim of the reverse, I would put in a vote for fake dies. however, as a disclaimer, this is way out of my wheelhouse.

    I see too much stuff going on that I don't know how to plausibly explain. I don't like it either.

    Thanks - I just misunderstood by "composition normal" = thought you were referring to a nickel!
