Does anyone know what grade this is?

MS-64. Toning is unsightly. The toning is all that keep it from gem in my opinion. Nice coin.

Is the top of the obverse worn or corruded or just a bad picture ? I'm guessing that this is a MF (Mighty Fine) coin. I'm not sure what the grade would be, but it looks mighty fine to me. I'm not suggesting this, but I wonder if anyone on the list would suggest a soaking in Acetone to help clean it up a bit.
