OK, a guy named JT is head of ICG now. What happened at ANACS that once they were Tier #1 (weren't they?), and now that they have a new holder they're fighting ICG for #4? But they might not even be #4? And how old are the old holders still Tier #1?(assuming the new ones are not?). I'm out of the loop.

Numismatic News ran a small article about James Taylor on page 56---I found part of it really funny...such as this...

Yep---it was a great achievement because he left about a week after you did James...way to go!

Yep---another great thing---their new graders must have been from SGS---and I hear that their Help Support was the pits after it went to TX....

What auction company was he looking at that ANACS coins went higher---IMHO they went lower and the acceptance of them went down a LOT.

    Personal experiences with ANACS:
    1) Slow,
    2) slower,
    3) Slowest.

I have had three submissions with them, all of them have been finished ahead of schedule, and i went economy...

how long did you wait? what tier? was it during their move?

I sent a bunch of coins in to them last November, I got them back after about 2 1/2 to three months.
Not during the move, but during their switch over to the new cases.
Then, they said sorry, here's a coupon for your next submission, a two-fer coupon.
Nice, then a couple of months later I went to use it, and it had been good for only one month (tiny letters, as usual for coupons).
I wait for 3 months, and their coupon is good for less time than I waited for my coins?
