Ih 1888/7?

    Was going through some IHs and this coin puzzles me.. It has the indicators of an 8/7.. Die cud and weak pointed feather. But it also seems to have a cud on the 2nd to last 8.. Just curious if anyone has seen anything similar or and opinions on it.
