One of my local coin shop was very nice that he charge me two rolls of Ikes for only $20. Yes, he charge me face value only. Two Ikes coins in picture was from that two rolls.

I wasn't give up with silver bullion. Same guy who sell me IKE rolls, willing to sell me 10 silver rounds for spot plus fee. I am happy to get something. :)

That wasn't the best! The best is from a mint set. I bought 73-75 mint set from ebay and to my surprise to pull my first true DDO! It's 1974-D Kennedy DDO-001. Quote from Cherrypickers' Guide: "This variety can still be found in Mint sets. However, most have been searched." I beat the odd! :jumping-jack:

I wonder if it's more valuable to leave Kennedy coin in Mint set intact?

I like that toned 1961 toned half dollar. that doubling is so cool on the kennedy half.

I sure would, but my reasons would have nothing to do with value.

You should leave it in the mint set, makes a better story for you! Very nice finds all around!
